Abdur is Head of AI and Operations at Caspian, where he builds the systems that turn trade compliance into recovered capital. He invests in and advises founders across fintech, robotics, and applied AI.
Before Caspian, Abdur was a private equity investor at Tower Three Partners, an operationally focused middle-market firm, working across diligence, value creation, and portfolio operations.
He also worked at Bank of America Securities, within its mergers and acquisitions group, and holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon's Tepper School of Business.
